The congregation of First Baptist Church of Lynn is dedicated to developing faith and knowledge, serving those in need both inside and outside of our community, and learning together through the study and practice of following Christ. Through teaching and preaching as well as community service, we are devoted to spreading the Word of God. Our focus is on transforming lives through the power of Christ, and our worship is joyous praise of the Lord's wonderfully abundant mercy.

What to Expect When You Visit
Whatever your background, you can expect a warm welcome at First Baptist of Lynn. There are no strangers in this family. Before you make it to a seat, you may well be greeted by a few friendly people.
We start our service with a time of worship. You are welcome to sing along, or just observe. Afterward, our pastor will present a message from the Bible. You won’t need to be an experienced Christian or Bible scholar to understand and apply the message. As God’s living Word, we trust the Scriptures to reach you right where you are.
Our goal is for you to feel a low-key, relaxed welcome when you visit. You will not be expected to stand up and introduce yourself to the congregation, we promise.
